Fullerton Arboretum

Visit the Fullerton Arboretum and explore the immense variety of native flora and fauna that calls the Anaheim area “home.” Special events take place throughout the year, such as free nature tours weekly from a knowledgeable docent and “yoga in the garden” every weekend for a one of a kind avenue that lets you really get in touch with nature.

The Arboretum has a number of hiking trails and is accessible to all ages and abilities. Summer is the perfect time to visit, as it has the most flowers in blossom. Arrive early (gates open at 8 a.m.) to enjoy a cool morning walk and photography session. Admission is a suggested $5 donation, and the garden is accessible from 1900 Associated Road in nearby Fullerton.

Summer in the Garden

You’ll likely spy a number of locals tending to one of the community gardens, or you might spot a wedding or other special event happening at one of the arboretum’s reserved areas. It’s a gorgeous setting for any gathering, and rentals are available for corporate events, family reunions and everything in between.

Check out the official website for arboretum maps, a plant database and calendar of events to plan your trip to the garden.
