Disneyland Hotel Painting

Several permanent and traveling exhibits as well as special events are hosted by the Museum. The building with its stunning architectural design makes no visit to Anaheim complete. Do not miss visiting the “Muzeo.” The Carnegie Gallery was constructed in1908. A $10,000 grant assisted greatly in the creation of this museum. It served as a library until the 1960s, then became a museum in 1987 before becoming part of the complete Muzeo experience ten years ago.

My first thought as a new visitor to Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center was "How did I not know that this place existed where I live?" I was impressed by the quality of the exhibitions in both the main gallery and in the Carnegie building, and I loved how Muzeo gave a voice and space to local artists of astonishing talent while also acknowledging the unique history of Anaheim and Orange County. ⠀ Now, we are in unprecedented times. As one of the many museums worldwide that have had to shut our doors to help safeguard public health, we are looking forward to the day when we can reopen our doors and continue to be a part of your story as you engage with our exhibitions and many community events. ⠀ I want to thank each and every one of you sincerely for your support of Muzeo. We are incredibly grateful for you. If you are able, please consider a donation at the price of a coffee, a ticket, or whatever you can to help us through this difficult time. We will see you all soon! ⠀ Della Rose, Director of Exhibitions and Education ⠀ ⬆️Link in bio
